MINUTES OF DIRECTORS MEETING Meeting held on MONDAY 12th Nov – 12.00 PM at MELITON RESTAURANT – ALTEA LA VELLA Present: Wolfgang Fischer (President), Richard Kent (Treasurer), Javier Gomez Devisa, Annette Eberhard (NHW Coordinator), Toni Canet (new Vocal) Apologies for absence : Antonio Perez Albiñana (Vice President ES), Emil Apeldoorn, Willem Van Oorde, Terry Miles (Web coordinator), Toni Canet, introduced himself and is ready to join the board in the future 1.) The Minutes of meeting held 15/10/2018 were approved. 2.) Treasurers Report. RK proposed an increase in rent to 30.00€. Also,it was decided that the association can not provide financial support for green containers from 2019 3.) Membership report: WF declared the number of members in 278. Until we have a secretary WF took over the email account Neighbors, all documents and passwords of MK. Until a new secretary is found, the minutes will be written by a Vocal Board member 4.) Neighbors website. TM promised in his absence from the board, will continue to maintain the website. 5. NHW Update: There was an break-in last weekend into a house on the Island of Golf. Report for this is coming soon. New poster signs for NHW are printed. They will be installed soon together with the Guardia Civil. 6. Other business: • Secretary: Until a new secretary is found, the minutes will be written from a vocal board member • Presentation for AGM: was send around: in general accepted from the . board, some changes after Townhall meeting have to be done • AGM Power Point will be presentated by WF and AP; Names of Members . get noted at the gate by Annette, Antonia and Jerry; Minutes will be written . by Annette with support of Juegen; Board members meet at 17:30 at Casa . Cultura for preparation ot the room; Meeting starts at 18:00 for 18:30; Tapas are prepared from 20:00 •Townhall Meeting on Wed. 14 will take place with following Themes: o Drinking Water Situation o Status of the Buzones for other Urbanisations o Status green Containers for the residents o Street cleaning • JG informed, that the Buzon light does not work • WF is not here in Altea from Dec. 11.th to end of February – Board . Meetings may be held in between by invitation from any Board . Member when necessary. Meeting closes at 13:15 7. Next Meetings.
