The Meeting took place at Meliton in Altea la Vella at 11.30 attended by the members of the committee of the Asociación: Annette Eberhardt (interim president), Richard Kent, Anne Vanderborne. Apologies for absence: Francisco Jerry Gomis, Boudewijn Overduin, Ismael Fernandez Garcia, Wolfgang Fischer,Toni Canet, Willem v Oorde. The meeting was conducted in English. The minutes were taken by the president and written up by W. v. Oorde in absentia. 1. Minutes of Meeting of 2nd November 2020 were approved 2. Treasurer’s Report: There are currently 15 unpaid accounts for the buzones. 3. Secretary’s Report: As per 12th December there were 289 members. The secretary had not received feedback from the notification (twice) to all members regarding the postponement of the AGM. 4. Neighbourhood Watch and website. No incidences to report and no current issues with regard to the website. 5. Instancias: No update to report 6. Other points: a) Neighbourhood cats In progress - three cats had been successfully sterilised since the last meeting b) AGM: It was noted that there continued to be zero feedback from members in respect of the two notifications regarding the postponement of the AGM and the request for members to apply for the soon to become vacant committee roles. c) Apparent discontent amongst a number of members of the Association: No further input/update provided d) Desk top PC for membership secretary. Anne informed the committee that her PC was no longer functional and that she was, therefore, unable to efficiently record, retrieve, process and update the data relating to members ( numbers, arrivals, departures, locations etc etc). Thus it was difficult for her to fulfil her role as membership secretary. It was agreed to finance the cost of repair of her PC. Should a repair prove to be impossible, it was agreed to finance the purchase of a replacement machine up to a maximum of Euro 500. e) Green bins It was again noted that each member was entitled to claim a euro 30 contribution from the Association in respect of the cost of a container to remove garden waste. This is an annual allowance and is paid upon submission of a valid receipt to the Treasurer. 7.) Next Meeting 25th January – 11.30 Meliton Meeting ended. 12.30 WvO – December 18th 2020
