Minutes of Committee Members Meeting Altea la Vella 25th January 2021. The Meeting took place in Altea la Vella at 11.30 attended remotely by the members of the committee of the Asociación: Annette Eberhardt (interim president), Richard Kent, Anne Vanderborne. Apologies for absence: Francisco Jerry Gomis, Boudewijn Overduin, Ismael Fernandez Garcia, Wolfgang Fischer,Toni Canet, Willem v Oorde. The meeting was conducted in English. The minutes were taken by the president and written up by W. v. Oorde upon receipt of the hand-written notes. 1. Minutes of Meeting of 14th December 2020 were approved 2. Treasurer’s Report: There are currently 9 unpaid accounts for the buzones. The respective locks will be changed next month. The gestor will claim the annual fee next month directly from the bank accounts of those members that have given approval to do so. 3. Secretary’s Report: There are currently 289 members. 4. Neighbourhood Watch and website. Latest Covid restrictions will be uploaded to the website very shortly. The list of committee members has already been uploaded. Otherwise, nothing to report. 5. Instancias: No update to report 6. Other points: a) Neighbourhood cats In progress - a further three cats (male) had been successfully sterilised. b) Desk top PC for membership secretary. Anne’s private PC has been repaired, thus obviating the need for the Committee to acquire a new one. c) Green bins Two members had taken advantage of the 30 Euro green container offer. 7.)
