Minutes of Committee Members Meeting Altea la Vella 12th April 2021. The Meeting took place in Altea la Vella at 11.30 attended by the members of the committee of the Asociación: Present were: Annette Eberhardt (interim president), Richard Kent, Anne Vanderborne. Wolfgang Fischer Apologies for absence: Francisco Jerry Gomis, Boudewijn Overduin, Ismael Fernandez Garcia,Toni Canet, Willem v Oorde. The meeting was conducted in English. The minutes were taken by the president and written up by W. v. Oorde upon receipt of the hand-written notes. 1. Minutes of Extraordinary Meeting of 18th March 2021 were approved 2. Treasurer’s Report: a. b. c. As at today’s date a total 6 locks relating to long overdue accounts have been changed. d. To date 5 members have received 30 Euro contribution towards green bin costs. 3. Secretary’s Report: There are currently 302 members. 4. Neighbourhood Watch and website. It was reported that there had been a break-in at a house in the Calle Jasmin. 5. Instancias: 6 Instancias are still open. On Wednesday this week at 12.00 Wolfgang and Annette will hand deliver the requested information (as per recent meeting with Town Hall representatives), including an excel printout of the membership list. 6. Other points: a) Neighbourhood cats On-going. 4 male and 4 female cats have to date been sterilized. b) Desk top PC for membership secretary: It was agreed to provide Anne with Windows PC and MS Office, to allow her to assume the duties of membership secretary (maintenance of membership lists etc). It is now certain that Mel will be relinquishing this function. c) Newsletter: The contents for a newsletter were discussed and agreed, namely: Garden waste containers: each household entitled to one annual rebate of 30 euro. Queries regarding containers and buzones should be directed to Richard Kent New Covid rules to take effect (to have taken effect) from 12.04. Town Hall has published calendar regarding rubbish collection. Neighbourhood cats – we continue the process of sterilisation AGM - postponed until end of summer Generally, members urged to access the website; Terry, the webmaster, regularly updates it with useful, relevant and interesting information. d) Post (Buzones) House: It was agreed that the post (buzones) house was in need of a fresh coat of paint.
