Minutes of Committee Members Meeting Altea la Vella 03 January 2022. The Meeting took place at the private residence of the president of the Association at 11.45, attended by the members of the committee: Present were: Annette Eberhardt ( president), Richard Kent, Anne Vanderborne. Apologies for absence: Willem v Oorde,Toni Canet, Ismael Fernandez, Lisa Andretti, Nellie Lozano, Wolfgang Fischer, Ellis de Jong, Boudewijn Overduin, Francisco Jerry Gomis, Angela Herran, Miguel Devesa. Heightened Covid restrictions was the primary cause of the low attendance. The meeting was conducted in English. The minutes were taken by the president in shorthand and written up by W v Oorde. 1. Minutes of Meeting of 15th November 2021 were approved 2. Treasurer’s Report: a. Current Account: 3. Secretary’s Report: a. There are currently 306 members 4. Neighbourhood Watch and website. Website: Updated list of committee members to be forwarded to Terry NHW: one reported break-in since the last meeting. No further details at this point. 5. Instancias: Update to be delivered at next meeting. 6. Other points: a) Neighbourhood cats It was agreed to provide 100 Euro for the purchase of dry food. b) AGM: It was noted that the AGM was unanimously regarded as being a success. c) Newsletter: No action points. d) 2022 Summer party - to be held (Covid regulations permitting) on 23 June at the Jacaranda restaurant. e) Proposed “Meet the Vecinos” monthly event at the Jacaranda. It was agreed that, on account of the changing Covid regulations, the first event should not take place before March. 8) Next Meeting 07 February 2022 – 11.30 – Golf and Country Club, Covid permitting Meeting ended. 12.45 WvO – January 05 2022
